You are about to embark on an experience that can literally revolutionize your relationship with God. Your Life Review is not a self-help, quick-fix, stop-the-pain-in-life experience. Rather it is a total life discovery and spiritual training process to help you refresh your spirit, refine your God-given S.H.A.P.E., and refocus your life on those things that matter most to God.

Your Life Review will guide you through the sequential Life Review & Response Process. It will enable you to gain a proper life perspective—above the noise and stress of the present burdens and requirements of life. From this vantage point, you can see God’s love and hand in your life. You can find hope to face and resolve the pain and confusion from your past. You will catch a glimpse of your God-designed future, and begin to organize your life around the unique gifts and strengths God has given you.

The materials in this Life Review Planner are part of a course we offer at Saddleback Church, called Class 302—Your Life Review. This course was developed by Pastor Erik Rees, our Pastor of Ministry.

Your Life Review may be studied in one of two ways:

• In a small group or class format with a live presentation, using the Teacher’s Kit and separate Participant’s Workbooks. The Teacher’s Kit includes: One printed copy of the Teacher’s Workbook, four audio CDs of Pastor Erik’s live presentations, one CD-ROM containing the lesson transcripts and PowerPoint® slides. (Note: Participant’s Workbooks sold separately.)
• Self-guided study. You can go through this material at your own pace by using the Participant’s Workbook and the four audio CDs of Pastor Erik’s presentations (sold separately).
