As pastors, you have the best chance of anyone to make a difference in the world. I hope you believe that. If I didn't believe that, I'd be doing something else. But we also have very difficult, complex ministries we can't carry out alone. Even the Apostle Paul needed ministry partners.

In 1 Corinthians 3:6 he says, "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow."
