As pastors, you have the best chance of anyone to make a difference in the world. I hope you believe that. If I didn't believe that, I'd be doing something else. But we also have very difficult, complex ministries we can't carry out alone. Even the Apostle Paul needed ministry partners.

In 1 Corinthians 3:6 he says, "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow." We at Saddleback want to water the seeds you're planting in your church and then watch with you as God grows them.
