Estimating your shipment arrival date: TYPICAL SHIPMENTS TAKE 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE
When calculating the arrival date of your shipment, there are three factors to take into account: processing time, shipping time and holidays/weekends.

• Processing time takes up to 4 business days,
• Shipping time does not begin until the processing time is complete.
• Shipping time: Standard shipments to the US can take up to 6 business days from the time they are processed and to Canada up to 12 business days from the time they are processed.
• Expedited shipments to the US take 1-2  days from the time they are processed and 3-5 days from the time they are processed to Canada. 
• Split Shipments: If part of your order is backordered and you elect to "ship as available," your first package will ship using your chosen shipping method, whether that's standard or expedited, but your subsequent shipments will only ship standard.
• Holidays and weekends will affect both processing time and shipping time. Be sure to allow extra time when a weekend or holiday occurs during your processing time or shipping time.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered the warehouse determines what shipping carrier will be utilized for your order.  Tracking information may not be available for some shipments.  Click  Tracking your package  for more information.

1. You need to ship your order to a P.O. Box. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-723-3532 and place your order over the phone.
2. You are shipping to an international address (outside of the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada). Please email specialrequests@saddleback.com, and list the products you need, quantity, and your physical shipping address.  We will obtain a shipping quote and get back to you with the information needed to place your order.
3. You need to cancel your order. Please speak to a Customer Care representative at 1-800-723-3532 
   by 3:00 p.m. PST on the same day you placed your order.
