The following shipping policies assume that the items requested are in stock and not on back order. All resources on this website are shipped from Nashville, Tennessee.  

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered the warehouse determines what shipping carrier will be utilized for your order.  Tracking information may not be available for some shipments.  Click  Tracking your package  for more information. 

Please call Customer Care When…

1. You need to ship your order to a P.O. Box, please call Customer Care at 1 800 633-8876 and place your order over the phone.
2. You are shipping to an international address (outside of the U.S. and Canada), please call the Customer Care international line at 949 609-8796
3. You need to cancel your order, please speak to a Customer Care representative at 1 800 633-8876
   by 3:00 p.m. PST on the same day you placed your order.

Estimating your shipment arrival date:
When calculating the arrival date of your shipment, there are two factors to take into account: processing time and shipping time.

• Processing time takes up to 4 business days, based on your shipping method, whether your order was placed by 4:00 p.m. PST, and the volume of orders being processed.
• Shipping time: Standard shipments can take up to 8 business days to the US, and up to 12 business days to Canada. Expedited shipments take 1 day to the US, 3-5 days to Canada.  Shipping time does not begin until the processing time is complete.
